Slip and Fall

Good day, My mother who is 68 years old, slipped and fell at your store yesterday. She fell hard and hurt her hip and her left wrist. It was at the water station, where there was water everywhere, and no one to mop up. There was no sign about the water on the floor. She went to the manager, explained what had happened and all he said was "I will send someone to clean up" No apologies, not even asking if she is ok. I am going to take this further! If she requires medical attention, I will be making a big deal of this!
