sixty60 WHAT A JOKE

I placed an order today. and half my order got to my house. i called the call centre and he has the cheak to tell me that there was no stock of the said item that i ordered. i then proceeded to ask why i was then charged for the item the guy then turned round to say that it will be reversed. i then called the shop closest to me to enquire about the product and they advised me that there is indeed lots of stock. so who are these people kidding? this is supposed to help people not to spread the virus. i dont want to go into the shop to get my stuff because i have a sickly mother in my home. i would say catch a wake up. i will tell EVERYONE i know not to order through this app and also boycott checkers. this is unacceptable.
