Sixty60 state on the site that they have a special promotion item in stock but never deliver it.

I ordered a specific item, on a special sale on the sixty60 site, and added a few other items as well. When delivered the other items were delivered but not the items on special. I emailed asking why, but received no reply, and have still not received the refund. Really Sixty60 if you are not prepared to keep to your word why should anyone believe any of your other promotions.
