Sixty60 should be changed to "Deliver when we like it"

Twice now in 1 week my orders have been late with Checkers Hyper Roodepoort. I ordered today 7/3 at 8:57....it is 11:13 and they haven't even started shopping yet. This has been over 2 hours already and the call centre response has been there is delay....why am I paying fof a service that I am not getting?
