Sixty60 pre-authorized amount not refunded

Sixty60 deducted pre-authorized amount and actual amount of goods received. Pre-authorized amount still not refunded for many of my orders. No reply on mails. Call center just give new references on reference. "Take up to 2 to 7 days to refund" my orders is more than 14 days with no refund.
