Sixty60 order paid not delivered

Terrible service, paid for an order that was not delivered. Send 3 emails, phoned 3 times the help desk without any success in getting a refund. Credit is apparently on the app but the app is stuck and keep asking an address. Send screenshot of error and explicitly requested a refund without any success. Tried the app on i9s and android devices. Stay away or use another app like bottles.
