Sixty60 of horror

On Sunday at 12h30 I ordered a cake and a chocolate at checkers via their sixty60 and they debited my money but never delivered. I called their delivery store Tzaneen lifestyle Checkers transferred to orders dept. The lady said my order is not on their system and that I should call head office. I asked her to call them since I gave her order number but she said it's not her duty to do that and she didn't help. I sent email to request order cancellation and refund and the following day they sent a driver to deliver. I told him I sent email to cancel order and told him to wait while I check if there is as another email from them but he just walked away. Now they not returning all my money. The money debited from my account was as follows: Capitec: Payment -R216.78 from SAVINGS ACCOUNT; Ref Checkers Sixty60 Town ZA; Avail R1042.30; 12-May. Info: WhatsApp ***. But now money returned is R194.98. where is the rest of the money? My money is short with R21 and now they not responding my emails.
