Sixty60 not processing my refund

So Sixty60 decides to accept an order i placed and didn’t deliver meanwhile they provided me with an ETA. Next day, they’ve cancelled my order and say they’ve credited my wallet. I requested a refund because i had to physically go to another store since they failed to deliver. They said it could take 2 working days to have my funds back in my account. 2+ days later, no refund. Try their help centre, no response. Sixty60, are you telling me you don’t want to bring back my money???? 😡
