Sixty60 - NO DELIVERY

Checkers, your Sixty60 service is NON-EXISTENT. I placed an order at 09h00 and confirmed delivery for 18h00 the same day. At 19h00 (1 hour AFTER the delivery ETA) I received an email saying that my order had been postponed to Saturday at 10h00. That did not happen either. Instead, I received an email to state that my order was cancelled. I asked via email (since they are an online-based service) what happened and no one has rep**** in 2 days. Shocking service. We are in lockdown but there is NO EXCUSE for lack of communication and for leaving a customer without essential purchases!!! It is a massive inconvenience!
