Sixty60 no delivery

I ordered groceries at 13:39 and ETA was 15:00, I made a follow up call with Checkers Montana Krugersdorp as the status was still "ordered" and I was told not to worry the groceries will be delivered they have some delays, I made a follow-up call at 16:05 and I was told that sixty60 system is down IT is resolving the issue. It is now 17:35 and nothing has been delivered, instead the time of delivery has now changed to 10:00 7 March 2022. No one even bothers to call or sms. Stay away from Sixty60, there is no convinience. Imagine waiting for almost 24 hours for groceries that you are supposed to receive within an hour, and groceries that you have paid for, plus a tip for the delivery guy. And their customer care no *** isn't working. **** service 💩
