Sixty60 just disappoints.

I placed an order at 19:13 for a next day delivery, opend the app the next day to see that the ETA is 10:00, called Sixty60 at 11:00 to find out what is taking so long just to find out that my bag has been packed and ready to deliver at 10:00 already and should be delivered soon, 17:00 and nothing yet so I call once again and the lady on the phone said that my order is on route to me.

My order has not been delivered and the app still shows that they are ON IT, not on its way.
