Sixty60 has lost its sparkle.

I can not say that the Sixty60 is great at all.

In the beginning, it was amazing, and smooth. Nowadays it is completely **********.

On numerous occasions I've had disappointing deliveries

1) The driver one day just cancelled my order after waiting 2 hours for it and when I wanted to reorder, my items were then out of stock.

2) When selecting an alternative or a lack there of, a suitable alternative is meant to be chosen. Checkers don't use their heads that when you order small-breed dog food, you need to feed a small dog breed. I was given a large dog breed dog food and when I complained, I was told sorry that is what was chosen. It's your problem now.

3) When selecting weight ranges eg, 600g-900g of chicken, in my last order I received 450g. This is in no way close to the minimum that I require when cooking food for the family. I phoned in and said, I'd be happy to reorder another pack, give me a free delivery to rectify your wrong, and it turned into a huge fight. Eventually, after escalating the issue a delivery fee was credited only to find out I now need to submit an order of at least R100. I had already bought everything else I needed, so there wasn't anything I could by in order to get my delivery. I had to go fetch the food at Spar instead because I was already in the middle of cooking dinner.

3) On multiple occasions I have received off and smelly food. I don't know if they keep items refrigerated when it is standing on the shelving waiting to be picked up, but if chicken sits too long out, it is going to go bad.

4) After ALL of these incidents, I said to the call agent, this is going to reflect badly on my account. "No no, it won't sir. Please log the items appropriately." Okay, I trust you. well, guess what? My account has been flagged and no longer will my items be refunded if there are missing or off products, with photographic evidence.

5) When attempting to delete my account according to the POPI act, nothing. I have been trying for a week now. Nothing. The functionality just does not work.

Sixty60, you really need to step up your game to how it was over 6 months ago.
