Sixty60 getting orders wrong more and more often

The sixty60 delivery service is really good, never any issues. Of late I have had multiple incidents where products I ordered have been replaced with incorrect alternatives. The process of trying to get it logged and resolved is painful and doesn't result in any customer resolution. It appears that the traditional lack of service and quality Checkers is known for, is impacting the Sixty60 platform. The expression "putting lipstick on a ***" comes to mind. What a pity. It was a good idea.
