Sixty60 expired products

I bought quite a few items from Checkers sixty60, of which were 2x900g blocks of Lancewood gouda cheese. ( my family LOVES cheese). When I opened it, it looked like it was pre-frozen, because it just crumbled. I immediately lodged a complaint, but don’t get any response from them
