Sixty60 claim of one hour delivery not adhered to on public holiday.

Sixty 60 order cancelled on 31 December due to banking issue. Resubmitted at 10 am 1 January 2021 after discovering this. Notification of delivery ordered with 10 am next to it which then means 10 am the next day. If they cannot meet their claim then I would expect the courtesy of a message or call informing that they are not going to meet the claim they are riding on as it is a public holiday. False advertising.
