Sixty60 bad customer service

I orderd eggs and other items to make the order big enough. The eggs was not in the parcel, they admitted they made a mistake when I phoned the customer care help line, yet they insist that I must order again and place an order big enough for them to deliver it. All though they admit it was their mistake.
