The milk delivered was sour I called and Rai assisted me Ref 2877 609, it was after 7pm yet he was friendly and helpful non the less, great customer service experience. I then had an issue with a credit on my APP and Resheen ( 18 May 2023 at 08:28 I unfortunately lost that ref) helped me step by step again in the best way friendly and calm. Same day still an issue on my APP and Pumeza ref *** helped me and assured me everything will be sorted. I commend teh Checkers recruiters for employing such great service agents it is so rare in this day and age
