Sixty60 app - They will ***** your refund!

I've used Checker' Sixty60 app three times in a row and loved it.... little did I know that I will never receive my refunds. When you shop via the app they take an extra amount to cover any price variances and promise that in 7 days you will get your refund. It's been a month and 17 emails to the help centre later and still no one can help me. They say I must go speak to my bank.....and say what? I don't have any proof the money was refunded NOR should this be my problem. My advice to people is use the app Bottles or Onecart......they immediately give refunds. Stay away from sixty60.....what a bunch of *********** idiots
