Sixty60 App Support Service

I downloaded the app and ordered a few items. Great! Then the app started giving errors ("problem loggin in"). Even removing and re-installation of the app did not resolve the "problem". It was reported at the Support who responded by how important this service and clients are. Weeks later the problem is still not resolved, and no feedback was provided. Service at Checkers might be great, but the support service with the Sixty60 is non-existent!
