Sixty60 App review

Placed an order on the sixty60 app today at 1. After placing the order, I could not see the order, but got a mail. After an hour, I phoned the checkers who put me throught to customer service, whereby the lady told me that the app has issues today and I will get a refund. Still no refund and had to go to the store and purchase the things. What is I did not have the money to do so. I am also still waitinf for the refund
