Sixty60 App

Bad experience. I used the app Sixty60 from Checkers this morning. Place my order to be delivered between 09h00-10h00. App showed ETA is 10h00. At 11h18 the driver arrived with a damage parcel which was not my order. He delivered my order somewhere else. He went to fetch my order and was back at 12h30 with two open and damaged bags. My order was all there except for loafs of bread, which he promised will be delivered. This means I paid for two loafs of bread plus the product they could not replaced. No refund was given for these 3 products. I only used this app because I always shop at Checkers. Needles to say... I will not use the app again and encourage all to be very careful. It will s safer to quickly visit a store than using the app. BAD SERVICE.
