Sixty60, another lesson is degrading service

Following a trend of declining service levels in SA, it seems like Sixty60 is the latest member to the "couldn't give a dmmn" club. I'm not going to complain about out of stock items, delivery delays or even late delivery. My issues lie solely with the Shopping/Packing part of the service. My Word! - can you just pack the items, as if you were packing them for yourself? , Is that too much to ask? . Things are extrememly expensive these days, so to throw items into bags and damage items that customers have paid for, show ZERO RESPECT for those supporting your service. Just for the LATEST ORDER ALONE, let me run these few items by you:

Ripe Avos packed at the very bottom of a package, under at least 4 items much heavier than it. Arrived dented, bruised and mushed. Basically, only good as a spread or dip.

Frozen Items packed together with fresh produce or dry items. Enough said. This has happened more times now, than I care count.

Ready-Made pasta meals jammed down the side or just tossed in, so that all the contents end up flowing to one side and in some cases, completely ruining the dish before it's even cooked. This is also happened more than once.
