I decided to use the app last week since I wasn't feeling well. I had the exact same experience as you. The pineapples and pack of lemons were green with mold. The potatoes were soft. I have been trying to report the problem since the weekend and nobody has gotten back to me. The EXTRA funds were also reserved for "In case" but never reversed. They added 15% extra to my order and this was never reversed as there was no item that was substituted. I will never use this app again. I also believe its a ****.
