Completely false advertising. My order is almost never on time. Last week, they cancelled my order 30 min before it was supposed to arrive and when I tried to re-order, what I wanted was no longer on special. Today, my order was supposed to be delivered at 13:55. The actual shopping only started at 13:40. They completed the shopping at 14:03. The problem is that I now have to wait until 16:00 for an available driver. My order has milk and frozen goods. This is a terrible service - if it can even be called that.
