sixty sixty No ... 360 360

Hi just want to tell you guys im really disappointed in 6060.

Nothing happens as the name says anymore (60 minutes). I am thinking you need to maybe change to 360-360.

I use ASAP and you guys and always always get my stuff faster from PickNpay. Actually normally within 60 minutes or earlier. But i love your products and gave it one more chance

Let me give you an example of today (and this has happened more times than i can think): I placed an order at 12h53 with promise to be delivered by 15h00. Its not a problem i will wait. And the ETA even moved 30 minutes earlier on the app, BUT:

Suddenly you see, Order Placed on 13h30. This is blatant manipulation of data, so that you do not have to fulfill this promise below (source: Your whatsapp line to me)

"If we are more than 30 minutes late, or if you receive less than 80% of your first-choice products, we'll give you back your R35 delivery fee. T&Cs Apply. With Sixty60 it's great, or it's free."

Seems not. And can in light of below have my delivery fee credited to my wallet please.

See the actual ORDER TIME time here (not 40 minutes later like its now on the app)

The app now says Ordered at 13h30. Which is not true as your email shows quite clearly at 12h53. ANd while i wrote this email it changed to 13h49 ordered
