SIXTY SIXTY IS A CON 60=+-200mins?

Placed an order at about 7.00 am. delivery at 9.00 am (already two hours/120mins) looked at my phone a while later and my order was cancelled, apparently, the card was declined? Oh well, I re-ordered 8.31 am and add more items, delivery now 11-12 (now 180 minutes???????) ETA 12.00. I am battling to see the sixty minutes in this whole deal. I decided to give them a call. Simon took my call, lucky him. He basically told me -- "Bluebird is one of our busiest stores and you will just have to wait and in any case, their advert says UP TO sixty minutes and I did accept the time for delivery." Soooo......... I went and had a look at terms and conditions and I must have missed it because I never saw the part where they can deliver whenever!!!! The advert (which I also watched) says "order in sixty seconds and get your delivery in sixty minutes.

NOT HAPPY WITH THIS LEVEL OF CON!!!!!!! CHECKERS ARE MAKING WAY TOO MUCH MONEY TO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR ADVERTISING. I CANT COPE, GET MORE DRIVERS AND PICKERS!!!!!!!!
