Sixty minutes becomes 3 hours!

Sigh. I had a few deliveries from Sixty60 that were on time and correct, but this service has totally collapsed. Placed an order at 11h51, phoned at 13h47 (nearly 120 min later) to find out why they did not start shopping yet. Loooong excuses, but cannot guarantee delivery before 15h00, maybe a little after that. Hallo? Obviously you cannot do Maths! 3 hours = 180 minutes. So please change your name and logo to: Delivery Whenever. Jeez. I am uninstalling this app immediately!
