Sixty 60 like Checkers is a ****

I used the sixty 60 app to test it out for Black Friday. The app said that they will take 30% more in the event they need to substitute an item. I was fine with this however when the items were ordered , I was 2 items short. I go into the app for a refund of only R24 yet I am owed R107.05.

We always experienced Checkers charging us higher prices than was advised in the store and kept an eye when we went to the to tills. Now we cannot use the app as well.

I emailed them 3 times and no answer. What happened to consumer rights and TCF?
