Sixty 60 is a ****

I have 3 issues to discuss with sixty 60. 1. I have let it go countless of times but now I'm gatvol. It takes a 15% deposit that is used to replace a product incase a selected product is unavailable. It says that it will be refunded and I have never received any of those refunds and I've ordered on countless occasions. 2. I ordered a very large order from them and paid a large amount. 10 minutes after I ordered and paid, it said cancelled due to a payment issue. We checked with the bank and the money had 100% been deposited into checkers. We called and they told us to consult with the bank to get the money back and the bank told us to consult checkers. To this day, I still don't have my R700 back. From then, service was somewhat acceptable. 3. Today in fact I ordered from them and everything was fine and it said it would be delivered soon. I called them an hour after the expected time and was told to hold and then took me off hold and the lady said she told me that they would call me later. Another hour went by and still no delivery. I called again and they said that it would be delivered tomorrow and I demanded that it be delivered today. Then I called them back when being rude to me and when I asked to speak to someone higher, the phone was hung up. Not to mention thst the delivery driver was also Very rude to me and just threw my items on the floor. I am never using this service again. Just a **** to ***** your money.
