Sixty-60 bad service

On the 13th i ordered 6 items. 1 not received, 1 packet of liquorice was opened and the whole chicken i ordered for 83 ranf arrived in old chicken pieces worth 62 rand. I sent the photos etc to support. All they said is sorry. I want to be refunded for the above mentioned issues.
