Simcard sales refused

I recently visited Eco Park Checkers to do my grocery shopping. While at the checkout, I needed to purchase a SIM card for a SIM swap due to a ******* incident earlier this month. Despite explaining to the manager that I needed the SIM card for a swap and couldn’t register it (RICA), they refused to sell it to me. Disappointed, I left and went to Checkers Lifestyle where I was assisted without any hassle. I shared my experience on our community WhatsApp group, advising against supporting Eco Park Checkers due to their lack of willingness to assist customers.
