Shouted at by Checkers Manager

Terrible experience at Parow Checkers Hyper. I was already frustrated because the Supervisor didn't know what he was doing to resolve the concern I had about the amount, but then the manager came and interrupted without even asking what we are discussing. She came in and was talking about another issue, which was addressed, and when I tried to tell her she doesn't know what we are talking about she just raised her voice at me in front of other customers and insisted she's not going to help me. She wasn't joking, she shouted at me like her child and went to sit down without resolving my issue...

The supervisor on duty eventually fixed the issue he said couldn't be fixed and I got my R150 savings discount and left. I will NEVER shop in person at Checkers again. That manager doesn't deserve to work with people and I hope she never speaks to another professional like that again.
