Should be zero stars

I want to rate this lower than a one star, but there is no such option.

Originally I was very impressed with this service and have been using it weekly for more than 18 months. More than 3 months now (if not longer), time and again they disappoint!! Slowness of the app is appalling. Delivery time is not within the requested or ETA times set by them. Items are EVERY day "out of stock". One takes the time to select that one does not want to have an alternative item and they still ask you for a replacement item and in cases select their own alternative, which is things I NEVER use. I even received the wrong order, but luckily stopped the driver in time who gave me the wrong order. Their replies on issues submitted is none existing. This is now more frustrating than a convenience. Bye Bye sixty60.
