Short paid refund

I bought 2 pairs of stockie sleepers at checkers Westgate on the 25/7/2024 on the 26th today i asked my daughter who is 13 years to go refund one pair as the other one was fitting, the cashier by name of Boipelo light in complection said she will only get R35 not the whole amount and she did not give her the receipt, I called the store spoke to the manager on duty by name Aaron he told me it might be that the shoes are on marked down instead of saying give me your numbers I will look into the matter ,I want my R15 and hope this cashier is dealt with as this is *********, you do not act in that way because you dealing with a minor, please use my xtra savings card *** to check both transactions,even if it is on mark down i paid full price and have the receipt, she did not even give her the receipt back, she is probably under ringing also and doing all all sorts when operating those tills.
