Shoprite liqour Store Milnerton violating customer rights!

Shoprite liqour Milnerton, Cape Town - I find it very unexpectable that as valuable customer- we are asked to leave our shopping bags, backpacks and large bags at the doorway under shelfs and all over the floor. Please find suitable and appropriate security measures to deal with theft! I will not have my personal belongs ****** because of this appalling disorganised security system!! It is totally ********* and against customer rights. Please do something about this as soon as possible.
