Shoprite End Street, Doorfontein Johannesburg

Good service at shoprite After my nightmare with City to City Bus offices in Park Station Johannesburg, which they sent me to shoprite for bus booking refund because they didn't have cash, I went to Shoprite in End street, Doorfontein Johannesburg.

When i got there, the 2 ladies (cashiers) at money market, they were so friendly and explain why there was an error when they were trying to refund me and their manager( Mr Maseko) went out his way to help me get my refund.

He didn't give up or send me away without getting refund. With his exceptional customer service i was able to travel home. I'm so grateful for his relentless spirit to get to the bottom of things.
