Shoprite Checkers Recruitment process

I am Moeketsi Jacob Tlali, I submitted my CV at Shoprite Checkers recruitment at office no 23 Nedbank plaza, Corner Stanza Bopape & Steve biko street Arcadia in Pretoria on the 22 February 2019, and received the acknowledgement of receipt of my application through sms and given reference number ********** 4. I then received a call on the 26 February 2019 that I must come for interview on the 27 February 2019 at 13:00, I then went there and arrived on time, I was interviewed and later told that my interview was successful and I must report at Checkers Raslow the following day at 08:00 to sign the employment contract, I then went there and was received by the Lady who later referred me to the guy who then said he was not aware that there are people who must come there for contracts. He disappeared and then later came back to say we must give him our CVS again as there were no vacant posts and we will be contacted when there are posts.

I then sent my Friend Khani Confidence Manganyi ID Number 900 ********** 084 contact number ********** to the Recruitment centre to submit her CV on Friday 01 March 2019, She was then told immediately that she must come for interview today 04 March 2019 at 07:30. She then went there and was interviewed by the same people who interviewed me and was also told the interview went well and was given the documents to sign, Upon perusing the documents she realised that the documents she must sign are not on her name, Other persons name and address appear on the documents. She says she then advised them that she was given the incorrect documents with the other persons name, she was told the names were not important she must just sign if she is seriously in need of the job, she then refused to attach her signature on the documents written other person s name. She was then chased out of the office and was told that she will come back whenever she is serious about the job.

I am not satisfied about the service we get from the Shoprite Checkers Recruitment office, Because it seems this is their way of operating, taking advantage of desperate unemployed youth of South Africa, The officials there are taking advantage of us desperate unemployed youth. They are calling us for interviews an sending us from pillar to post, giving us false hope, believing that we will be employed later found out that they are playing us for the reasons only known by them.

Can somebody out there help us to fix this problems as the South African youth is being deceived and given false hope by people who are ******* for the reasons only known to them.
