Shoprite and checkers staff not being helpful

Hi I recently made a money transfer through checkers but the person I sent it to did not withdraw so I went to the store to try and reset the pin and was told I had to dial a *120*6333# number I kindly explained to your people that I had no airtime and they did not seem interested in assisting. I called the number on ur site and I'm still told the same thing. I find it discussing that u expect me to keep going to the store so that they file a motion to reset within five days and not immediately I would like for this to be resolved ASAP I need this pin reset immediately this level of service is appalling
