Shopping at Checkers Hyper with nothing to show

Good Day Yesterday around 10 o clock we came from Middelburg Mpumalanga we don't have a Checkers Hyper and so we buy our food there because of special and also out of our home we do give food to those who don't have..! It's festival time and my husband is a contract worker we do not no if he will get paid again before the 25 so we had desided to buy the children Christmas presents and also for children that won't be able to have Christmas this year. We bought 2 big trolley full of food and presents but the hall time we had to shop with our cellphones lights There was no lights in Checkers Hyper Witbank Mpumalanga and they told us at that time that we don't have to worry we can pay at the till we were almost done just needed soap the manager came and told us that there was a problem with the air-conditioning and it's tripping the lights and we had 20 minutes to pay we left the soap run to the till when we came there they have put of the tills we beg we asked please you said 20 minutes we came they said nothing we had to go out Witbank Checkers Hyper with nothing no food no presents we had to go to buy at a place we did not budget for had to walk out with almost nothing because there were no specials so we had no presents for the children no sweets only food. If you know you're store have a problem Checkers Hyper whey do you keep your doors open whey did you lie to us and told us you can buy we went to staff on the floor they said you can buy everything is fine we even shop with no lights and cellphone lights and that just to support you,you walked away Manager when you saw us run to the till to make it in time 3 minutes 20 minutes was not gone. I came home crying of disappointment of nothing to give no sweets no chips and no presents because the food prices were not the R100 special at Checkers Hyper. I just want to know why do you have a manager like that it was business for your store and many old people had to walk out also with nothing a hall day with out nothing to show
