Shop closing before 7pm

Im highly dissapointed with the kind of service i have been getting from Checkers Eastgate lately. Today im finally complaining because i got there at 6:52pm to find the shop closed, 2 employees closed because the shop is closed. I asked them what time do you close and they confirmed they close at 7pm then i said but it is 8 minutes to 7 then they went on and slammed the door on my face. I begged them to open as i wanted to buy bread ONLY and they responded that i must buy the bread at the garage but then i said no i want Checkers bread then while we were talking came along a security officer and bashed me to leave them alone and i asked her as well what time are they closing she said 7pm and i confirmed but its not 7 yet then she started mocking me, i then went on to record the entire ordeal as there was another 2 customers who claimed they had arrived 11 minutes to 7, one guy had left his wife inthe shop to go and collect his wallet but still they denied him access into the shop, the wife ended up coming to the door to collect money. I have a video i took of this entire ordeal and i told them im recording this and send it to your bosses so they can see then they said they dont care i must record. I dont have a problem with checkers closing early but atleast tell us the correct trading hours, if you close at 6:45pm let us know than to say 7 then we get to the store to be only treated like idiots... Im highly dissapointed...
