Shoddy customer service from Checkers Rock Cottage

I tried to collect a money transfer from Checkers Rock cottage Money market and after waiting for 20 minutes was told by the supervisor Bongiwe that they had run out of funds. I agreed to return the next morning. Despite being the first to be assisted at 11am I was kept waiting for half an hour. I finally received the R1000 after reporting it to the manager who reprimanded the supervisor for not collecting the money from the other cashiers at the tills. I am privileged to have my own vehicle, but feel sad thinking of the many customers being turned away using public transport .
