Shoddy customer service

A couple of months ago, I bit into a SIMPLY CHICKEN chicken nugget and subsequently bit on a piece of metal (the size of a 10 cent piece). Having thought I had chipped a tooth and after written confirmation from Checkers, that they would pay the bill for my dentist appointment, I booked an appointment to have the tooth looked at. It has been 7 months since this incident and I have yet to hear from Checkers regarding this matter.

Checkers was quick to contact to me to tell me that they will not give any information to anyone trying to help me resolve this issue, but all my emails go unanswered.

It would be wonderful if someone could get back to me so in a timely manner so that this matter can be resolved.
