Shocking service delivery

On 31/03/2016 I went to my local checkers branch for a few things needed at home. I gathered everything I needed in under five minutes because I had to get back to work. As I reached the pay point I realized there were only four open including the Kiosk and Money market. The assistant at the till was chatting with the customer in front of her for about ten minutes whilst \Assisting\" with a money transfer (according to my knowledge, that's what the money market is for) The man working the kiosk saw my frustration and beckoned me to pay at the kiosk. As I approached him, I considered forgetting about the attitude of the other assistant. Then the man at the kiosk left the pay point and walked right past me. I lost my place in the queue, I was enraged at the way these people treated customers so I left the basket with goods on a shelf in an isle and left the store. I walked to the other side of the mall after asking for my break to be extended and finished my shopping at Pick n Pay within ten minutes. I will never support another Checkers branch in my life. Even if it's the only supermarket on this planet. "
