shocking service at davenport
we had a com-plaint last week about staff spraying chemicals onto the food and wrong pies being placed with wrong labels.. called head office direct to complain. manager of the store Kevin called me and asked me to come into the store to see him. i wen t this morning, stood outside the office only to be ignored by the staff. staff walked around me to go inside the office, a lady even walked out, did not acknowledge me.. just to go stand and chit chat at the biltong shop next door to checkers...only when we complained did someone take note.. feel free to watch camera footage of me standing and waiting.. shocking service..!!
