shocking service

if it was up to me this shop will not even get a star you time that you advertise is to 6pm Sundays , when I ask to speak to a manager witch is never ever present noting happens . I don't stay in town and have to drive in when I got there they where closing the doors and only then putting the signs on that they doing stock take on a SUNDAY the 13/9/2020 ,the way that your security speaks to your customer is appalling

I then phoned in 3 times and every time I was given the run around and guess what I still did not speak to a manager

You would think with all the businesses closing all over the place you would do every thing to keep you customer , put a sign bigger than a a4 page up at lease a poster size a few days before hand

Pick a pay has gotten me a as a customer I don't care if you give tock away your service is shocking my be learn from the checkers in plett
