Shocking service

Good Morning, I live in Umhlanga and mostly shop at the Pick N Pay in Umhlanga village as the store and experience is terrific! Yesterday morning I felt like a really good coffee and decided on little Seattle at Virgina Circle. Whilst there I decided to grab some breakfast stuff, I ran into checkers and looked for frozen hash browns. I searched all over your perishables department but could find nothing. I looked for a checkers staff member and asked if he could assist me, he looked at me like I was crazy as I had asked for help whilst he was busy packing a fridge. He sluggishly walked accross to the fish area looking for hash browns fish area??? He then went onto say he has never heard of hash browns but would call somebody else to assist. I waited for more than 15 min and nobody came, your senior Managment were doing their morning floor walks and paid no interest to my frustration! I carried on shopping and then started the hunt for eggs. Have you guys totally lost the plot???? Do you now know eggs bread and milk are shopped together? Your eggs are now merchandised with Home care and out door on the opposite end of the store.
