Shocking service

An absolute joke. Shocking service. I placed an order on the 9th of November 2021 for the value of R733 at approximately 6pm.It is now the 10th of November at 11:15 and I have not received my goods. I called the helpline and spoke to Joanne. She advised that the Virginia branch is experiencing issues with the driver (not the customers issue and no communication!) She took down my contact details and advised she will call me back.. 45 minutes later.. No call.. I called the helpline. Joanne is in a sales meeting!!! Shocking service.. No communication. Poor customer service. This is a service provided for convenience and now I am awaiting my order as Checkers clearly thinks my life revolves around them and cannot get simple things right. Will not recommend.
