Shocking customer service in-store

Checkers Stellenbosch Mall - Spent 45min in a queue yesterday . Obviously its end of the month and busy but no only every second till is open and no (Zero) bag packers on duty. There is more staff running around and packing sixty 60 and the walk in shopper is neglected. This happens month after month.
