Shocking Covid 19 procedures!!!!!

What Covid procedures?? After delivery to the wrong street, i enquired where my order was. 2 hours later , driver arrives after goods were picked up at wrong address and without any disinfecting or changing of bags , Astrid from Cpt wants to know why I do not accept the delivery! What happened to Covid procedures??? Now the order cant be replaced. I must order again , pay twice , wait half a day , and hopefully Ill get a delivery and also the refund of the first order!!
