Shocking community service

I live in a residential area in Hout Bay behind a checkers store and apart from the litter from checkers and their suppliers being blown into my and my neighbour's properties Checkers have now parked a delivery truck outside my home with a compressor running which is keeping me and my guests awake. (01h40) The manager Jacques does not care about the neighbourhood and should have at least spoken to is about the truck. tired and peeved
